Dr Angharad Everden is a current ST3 Haematology Registrar based in Truro. Dr Everden graduated from Cambridge University with distinction and went on to complete the Academic Foundation Program followed by Core Medical Training in Oxford. Dr Everden has been passionate about teaching medicine ever since university where she was a college supervisor at Jesus College, Cambridge, for 3 years. She has since designed a teaching program, been a clinical supervisor at Addenbrookes and has been awarded multiple prizes for her contributions to teaching as a doctor. She is has a PG cert in medical education at Exeter University.

Dr David Tucker became dedicated to a medical career after initial work as a trained paramedic in Bristol.  He studied medicine at Bristol before completing his foundation and core medical training in South West England.  He was trained in clinical haematology in the South West where he undertook a research fellowship in mantle cell lymphoma with Professor Simon Rule and Dr Claire Hutchinson at Plymouth University.  His MD is focused on the microenvironment of mantle cell lymphoma.  He is now a consultant haematologist and leads haematology research at the Royal Cornwall NHS Hospital Trust where he subspecialises in lymphoma management and is the regional research lead for non-malignant haematology for the South West.  His main interests are in lymphoma research as well as teaching and training in medicine.  He lives with his family in Truro, Cornwall.

Dr Sarah Challenor is a current ST5 Haematology Registrar based in Derriford. She developed an early interest in Haematology after being taught by Professor Barbara Bain whilst undertaking a BSc in Medical Sciences in Haematology at Imperial College, London. She studied for her MBBCh at Cardiff University and went on to complete foundation and core medical training in North West London. She is the HaemSTAR representative for South West Peninsula and the training day co-organiser for the region. She has previously undertaken research in transfusion medicine but is yet to chose a sub-specialty for the focus of her future career.
